Privacy policy

Prepared November 5, 2026. Operator: to be confirmed. This page describes the current demo and the proposed Instagram integration. Social connections are in development testing and are not generally available.
Current demo
The studio displays sample data. The separate connections workspace can import data for authorized test accounts. Engyne uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage, including your email address and authentication records when you sign in. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests needed to deliver it. Social content in the studio remains sample data. Retention periods and the full processor disclosures must be finalized before general onboarding.
Information the Instagram feature is designed to use
With your authorization, Engyne plans to process your Instagram professional account ID, username, profile information, media IDs, captions, media types, timestamps, thumbnails or media URLs, links, and available engagement and insights metrics. The exact metrics depend on your account, media type, permissions, and Meta’s API availability. Authorized development connections store encrypted server-side access tokens. Meta Unified Login also requires an Instagram messaging permission; the current importer does not read or send messages.
Purpose and visibility
The proposed purpose is to display your own content and performance in your Engyne workspace. A separate, explicit sharing choice would be required before making imported information visible to a campaign partner. Imported Meta data is not intended for sale, unrelated advertising, or training AI models.
Control, retention, and deletion
You can decline authorization or revoke access through Instagram. Testers can disconnect to remove their connected-account data from the active database. Automated provider deauthorization and a documented backup retention schedule remain pending before general availability. No retention period is being promised until that system exists.

Security and service providers
The production integration must encrypt stored tokens, restrict access by account ownership, and keep credentials out of browser storage and logs. The operator must finalize its processor list, international transfer disclosures, applicable privacy rights, and security practices before publishing a final policy.
Changes
This draft will be updated when the production service, business details, retention schedule, and service providers are finalized. Material changes to authorized uses must be disclosed before those uses begin.
